CNC Machine Repair
This CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing an advanced level expertise in troubleshooting and providing preventive maintenance on the mechanical CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine tools, robotics, pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers and other equipment as required.
Perform all aspects of preventive maintenance on production related systems including, but not limited to:
- CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors and coolant systems
- Provide instruction and assistance to other technicians as needed.
- Effectively communicates with the site management team and the customer to understand requirements, solve complex electrical problems, and provide solutions to manufacturing problems.
- Demonstrates ability to identify and correct any safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
- Performs General Maintenance of equipment as required.
Crane Technicians
- This crane and hoist specialist is responsible for providing an advanced level expertise in performing electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs of overhead cranes and jib hoists, as well as performing electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities related equipment, such as conveyors, pumps, doors etc., as needed.
- This is primarily a 2nd shift position that supports a 24/7 operation.
- This position works at heights up to 50 feet.
Production Maintenance Electricians
- This position is responsible for providing an intermediate level of expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing the electrical and controls needs of process / production equipment in an industrial environment.
- Performs intermediate level troubleshooting of ladder logic, PLCS, servo drives, and VFDs. Works on primary voltages up to and including 480v.
- Demonstrates ability to identify and correct any safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
- Performs General Maintenance of equipment as required.
Production Maintenance Mechanics
- This position is responsible for performing at the subject matter expert level in mechanical troubleshooting and providing preventive and corrective maintenance on the production equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial production equipment and systems such as CNC machine tools, robotics, pumps, gearboxes, ball screws and other equipment as required.
- Perform all aspects of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all production related industrial systems including, but not limited to: CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors and coolant systems.
- Provides instruction, mentors and trains less skilled technicians as needed.
- Effectively communicates with the site management team and the customer to understand requirements, solve complex electrical problems, and provide solutions to manufacturing problems.
- Demonstrates ability to identify and correct any safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
- Performs General Maintenance of equipment as required.
