Service Desk Manager
We are seeking a full-time Service Desk Manager to join our team in the Fargo, ND office.
In this role, you will provide leadership for assigned staff; develop procedures that outline how problems or questions are identified, documented, assigned and corrected; analyze performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions; and lead AgCountry IT change management function to ensure thorough assessment of requested changes from a technical and business perspective.
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field or equivalent work experience; five+ years’ experience managing a service desk supporting multiple applications, preferably in a financial institution; ability to identify, hire, develop, and maintain a high performing team; and have strong interpersonal skills, with emphasis on questioning, understanding, and collaborating, apply today!
