Administrative Assistant
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opening! Our client is a large Lehigh Valley manufacturing company that offer a professional, fast paced work environment.
In this Administrative role, you will work as part of a team of Executive Admins to support more than 30 execs nationwide. Primary responsibilities include: provide back up to the 2 Executive Admins, make travel arrangements (domestic & international), manage expenses, prepare extensive presentations, manage calendars, and prepare documents/reports.
Candidates must have 3-6 years' experience supporting a team. Advanced PowerPoint skills are a must. Experience working MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are also needed. Successful candidates will be able to quickly adapt to a team's flow, work in junction with staff all across the country, and meet deadlines.
This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, Mon-Fri. Pay is $20.00-22.00/hr. Qualified candidates can apply by emailing a resume to jobs@alliedps.com
