Anderson Development Company is seeking an IT Project Manager for our Adrian, Michigan facility.

The IT Project Manager will lead, develop, and execute IT projects aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to use IT advances to help achieve business goals, using a team oriented, hands-on approach
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions, and identify resolve technical problems
- Effectively lead cross functional teams to define project scope and lead the implementation of new software and hardware solutions
- Manage project budget, expenses, and execution
- Ensure effective communication within the project team, with project sponsors, and senior leadership
- Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions
- Implement training on current and new technology to obtain optimal end-user acceptance and implementation
- Manage the overall project schedule and align project priorities with team members, departmental and company goals and priorities
- Formulate and implement business continuity and recovery plans
- Function as a backup to Network Administrator or Systems Administrator as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related Field required
- 3+ years of related information technology experience
- Sound knowledge of IT systems, specifications, networks and computer systems
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft stack required
- ERP system knowledge, JDEdwards preferred
- Problem-solving skills
- Project planning and management skills, managing multiple projects at a time
- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic use of IT staff
- Ability to communicate with both tech-savvy and non-technical staff
