Mental Health House Supervisor (RN) - Night Shift
Establish, engage in and assist with the development of clinical knowledge and skills of the Nursing Staff. The House Supervisor provides oversight during their assigned shift for all hospital operations. The House Supervisor is responsible for all Intake assessments during the hours when Assessment is not present and "roves" between all departments during their shift. The House Supervisor manages, organizes and provides direct patient care, incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities by floating to the area of greatest patient need.
Education: Associates Degree in Nursing or BSN Current Ohio RN License 2-years RN experience, preferably in psychiatric nursing
Nurse Manager - Full Time
The Nurse Manager (RN) is a "hands on" manager, working with the nursing staff to ensure all services are provided to the highest standard possible.
Duties include: provides leadership and guidance to nursing staff, provides training, address personnel issues to promote a productive and supportive work environment and monitor patient care for quality.
Education: BSN or MSN Current Ohio RN License Minimum of 4 years' experience in psychiatric nursing required. Seeking Additional Per Diem RNs for both Day & Night Shifts Ohio RN license Ability to work at least two (2) 12-hour shifts per month.
