PACKAGING WORKER FULL-TIME • 2ND SHIFT
Duties: handling and filling sticks of string cheese into a variety of packaging machines in a critical food safety environment. The work environment is fast-paced and the position requires the ability to stand constantly, and to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
Scheduled hours will be Monday - Friday with Saturdays as needed. Second shift usually starts at 2:30 pm and ends after all of the cheese is packaged (usually about 9.5 hours).
Wages: Minimum starting rate is $22.00 per hour. Final rate, after fully trained, is $23.00 per hour.
SANITATION FULL-TIME • 3RD SHIFT
Duties: Under the supervision of a licensed Cheesemaker, perform manual labor involved in the cheesemaking process; constantly monitor the equipment to ensure that everything is operating effectively, and constantly monitor the product to ensure high quality and high food safety standards. This includes CIP (Clean in place) equipment. This position requires the ability to constantly walk and stand; frequently lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; and constantly bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and push. Dairy or food manufacturing experience is a plus. Previous production and/or sanitation experience is also preferred.
Shift normally starts at 6:00 pm and ends around 3:30 am Monday –Friday, with some weekend hours expected at various times throughout the year.
Wages: Minimum starting rate is $23.65 per hour.
LINE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT POSITION FULL-TIME • 2ND SHIFT
Duties: Support line maintenance staff by monitoring packaging machines, changing packaging films, and safely moving full and empty pallets from lines to maintain efficient operations within the packaging department. Safely operate a floor pallet jack and a stand-up forklift to move pallets. Place received rolls of films in respective designated storage rack areas. Stage and mark older rolls of films as needed to insure first-in first-out film use. Pick and supply rolls of required films to respective packaging lines in a just-in-time manner. Prospective employees must be able to constantly walk and stand; frequently lift up 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.; and frequently bend, twist, squat, stoop, and kneel. Previous work experience is preferred.
Scheduled hours are 1:55pm-1:00am
Minimum starting rate is $22.00 per hour. A review will be completed after 30 days.
MACHINE MAINTENANCE/OPERATOR FULL-TIME • 2ND SHIFT
Duties: Perform machine repair and preventative maintenance of packaging equipment. Move machines to setup lines for production, make adjustments, and manage line operations to keep lines performing at
maximum efficiency. Electrical experience is preferred but not required. This position requires the ability to constantly walk and stand; frequently lift up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.; and frequently bend twist, squat, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, and push.
Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm – 1:00 am. Some Saturday overtime hours are expected.
Wages: Hourly wage starting at $23.40 - $33.15 based on experience, skills, and abilities.
PLANT MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN FULL-TIME • 3RD SHIFT
Duties: This position is responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks on plant utility and process infrastructure. This position is also responsible to assist mechanics as needed for continuous plant operation.
Ability to perform any necessary electrical work in the plant including but not limited to installation, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems. Must have five years of experience in plant electrical maintenance, three years of experience in automation system maintenance. A Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman license (or greater) or equivalent field experience required.
Monday – Friday, 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
Wages: Minimum starting rate is $32.25 - $36.75 based on experience, skills, and abilities.
PLANT MAINTENANCE (ELECTRO MECHANICAL) FULL-TIME • 3RD SHIFT
This job is responsible for maintaining various critical manufacturing and plant operational equipment including boilers, separator, pasteurizer, etc. Responsibilities also include facilities maintenance and extensive preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience with dairy and PLC troubleshooting abilities. We are also interested in candidates that possess a mechanical ability and are very interested and willing to learn.
Positions available:
• Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
• 5-2-2-5 shift – 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wages: Minimum starting rate is $23.25 - $33.25 per hour, based on experience, skills, and abilities.
