BBS CLEANING TECHNICIAN (STARTING AT $16.00/HOUR-PERFORMANCE BASED RAISES PROVIDED) PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION VALID OHIO DRIVERS LICENSE & CAR INSURANCE REQUIRED BBS (Biggs Building Service, LLC) is a commercial janitorial company started in 1990 which takes great pride in providing quality cleaning services to Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee and Perrysburg office buildings and other local facilities.

BBS has part-time positions available in the Toledo area and is looking for energetic, hardworking, trustworthy and dependable staff. Starting pay is $16.00/hour and performance based raises are provided. Paid holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting, Sweeping

*Trash Removal / Recycling

*Cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms & kitchens

*Work in multiple buildings

*Follow instructions regarding the safe use of chemicals & supplies

*Operate commercial cleaning equipment

*Requires continuous walking, bending, standing

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Previous cleaning experience preferred

*Must have reliable transportation

*Must have a valid driver's license

*Must have car insurance

*Ability to work evening/night hours

*Energetic, trustworthy, hardworking, dependable

JOB TYPE: Part-time

PAY RATE Starts at $16.00/Hour with performance based raises provided. Holiday pay.

SCHEDULE Monday thru Friday Weekends
