Life Skills Coaches: Maintain training programs to increase independence of consumers in specific developmental and vocational skill areas as assigned. High school diploma or GED. Prefer experience working with persons with disabilities. Day Hours.
Community Living Coaches: The Community Living Coach supports people with developmental, intellectual, psychiatric and other disabilities as they make choices about their lives and play valued roles in their homes and their communities. Minimum of High School Diploma/GED. Experience in the Human Service Field desirable. 2nd and 3rd shift available.
Community Living Team Leader: Under the direction of the Community Housing Coordinator assist in the day to day operations of the residences that provide supervised and supported living opportunities for persons with disabilities. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Employment Specialist: Provide Community Employment (CES) to persons with disabilities - individuals with identified psychiatric, developmental, and/or physical impairments with the desired outcome being long term, stable, competitive community employment. Minimum of Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent relevant experience; prefer Mental Health Professional (MHP) credential. One year of experience in vocational rehabilitation is desirable as well as some experience working with persons with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or other disabilities. Day hours.
Community Support Specialist - Provide community support and care coordination services for a caseload of individuals with mental illness who are participating in the Supported Employment Demonstration (SED) project sponsored by the Social Security Administration. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in the human services field and prefer at least one year of direct care experience working with persons with disabilities. Must have Mental Health Professional (MHP) status to work with persons with mental illness. Day Hours.
