Current opportunities for Behavioral Health Professionals in the soon-to-be opened Co-Occurring Enhanced Recovery Program in North Adams, Massachusetts include:
Clinician
This Clinician will provide a well-rounded approach of clinical treatment and services to the resident of the program in North Adams. The clinician will help coordinate treatment plans, provide direct care and facilitate a therapeutic milieu through individual and group therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other clinical concentration, with license-eligibility for Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and/or Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical oversight of the program. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Program Director and has direct supervision of Case Management and Clinical Staff. It is the mission of the Clinical Supervisor to ensure that all staff and residents have clinical support and that program is practicing up to date and relevant clinical treatment. The ideal candidate will possess an independent license in Social Work (LICSW), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or Alcohol and Drug Counseling (LADC 1) with previous Clinical Supervisory experience.
Registered Nurse (Part-Time)
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care oversight and support within the Program. With a strong focus on assessments, medication, the monitoring of medication, staff trainings, education and the overall general health of the residents, the Registered Nurse will enhance supports and services to both staff and residents. The ideal candidate will be licensed as a nurse in Massachusetts; Preferred Psychiatric Nursing experience.

Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors
These clinicians will join our highly skilled and dedicated teams in our Outpatient Program. These clinicians will provide services to the adult population including individual, family, and group psychotherapy. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other clinical concentration, with license-eligibility for Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and/or Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
Program Supervisor
The Program Supervisor is responsible for providing direct clinical supervision of clinical staff, including Recovery Coaches and Clinicians, while also providing intakes, individual and group psychotherapy. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for providing overall program supervision in the absence of the Program Director. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other clinical concentration, with license-eligibility for Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with clinical and supervisory experience.
