Journeyman Lineman

City of Bowling Green Electric Division

Pay Rate as of 7/1/2022 will be $39.43/hour ($82,014.40 annual base salary) Base of 40 hours per week; with potential overtime and duty pay. This position is responsible for constructing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the City's electrical distribution system. Operates equipment; maintains service lines; analyzes and repairs outage situations; connects new customers to electrical power; maintains street lights; informs public of work. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of a lineman apprenticeship program; Commercial Class A Driver's License; three to five years of relevant experience.
