City of Maumee Part-Time Administrative Assistant Building Inspection Division
The City of Maumee is accepting applications for part-time Inspection Division Administrative Assistant. Purpose: Inspection Division Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief Building Official, assist the division by accepting information regarding permit applications, respond to customer phone calls and emails, prepare spreadsheets, file.
Qualifications: Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent customer service skills, some accounting experience.
Experience: Minimum of one year working in an office setting.
Hours of Work/Pay: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (half hour unpaid lunch) $19.00 per hour.
