Administrator/Safety Director
The City of Maumee, Ohio, is accepting applications for City Administrator/Safety Director. This position is the Chief Administrative officer for the City of Maumee overseeing the day to day operations. The Administrator is responsible for leadership in the areas of planning, organizing, and coordinating City activities and provides daily guidance and leadership. The Administrator is involved in planning for future needs of the City and leads its personnel and resources to achieve these goals. This position promotes the City's economic development, meets with economic development prospects and maintains constructive relationships with members of the development community. The City of Maumee is seeking an outgoing and highly experienced local government professional who will work effectively with elected officials and staff in a small-town environment with a high quality of life. Qualifications: Degree in Public Administration or related field; Master's preferred. Seven to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary range for this position is $65,000-$130,000 with excellent benefits.
