Customer Service Representative
What Would You Do: Assist utility customers by phone and in person regarding changes in service, billing inquiries, payment arrangements and other utility services. Full-time and part-time positions are available and hours may include days, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of customer service experience, a familiarity with MS Office Products and the ability to type 35 words per minute with few errors. Successful members of our Customer Service team are creative problem solvers, demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, and have flexible schedules.
