A very reputable organization is looking for a seasoned Full-time HR Generalist who will be responsible for the setup and processing of new employee records from start to finish, including extending employment offers and ensuring all pre-employment requirements have been met. The candidate will administer FMLA & STD, maintain records for annual Assisted Living & SNF State survey, implement and be a part of New Hire Orientation, keep all filing up-to-date, handle quarterly reporting and assignments, publish monthly newsletter, order supplies and many other duties as assigned in the complete job description.
This candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the HR field in a LTC/CCRC setting. Must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently. Must also have advanced computer skills, a professional appearance, excellent telephone skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
This position would be exempt, working 40 hours per week and would offer a competitive salary and full benefits package.
