Controlled Automation is in search of an individual to assume a position as Parts CSA (customer service associate). Controlled Automation, originated in1986, specializes in the manufacturing of automated structural steel drilling, punching, and shape cutting machinery. We also build material handling systems to complement each type of machine we offer. As well as new machinery, we are the industry leader in retrofitting control systems and remanufacturing existing structural steel fabrication machinery. All software, machines, and controls are designed and manufactured entirely in the United States of America.
Job Description
- Manage all customer communication via incoming calls & emails
- Responsible for accurately filling customer needs
- Maintain customer goodwill via multiple forms of communication
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding customer orders
- Maintain a record of customer accounts and statuses
- Develop and maintain order reference guides
- Ensure all customer orders are shipped and delivered on or before customer's due date
- Manage all customer expectations
- Provide shipping and receiving with all pertinent information for accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain knowledge on cost building for components
