Executive Director
To provide overall leadership and management of the foundation.
The foundation's mission is to grant funds to individuals, groups or organizations throughout the former Great Sioux Nation, specifically the Lakota, Dakota & Nakota people. Grants support a wide variety of activities, including scholarships for higher education, language & cultural preservation, summer camps, education & professional development. Will be responsible for the overall management of personnel & the financial resources through the development of an annual budget.
* Minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree with additional education/ training.
* 5 plus years of progressively responsible related experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
* Knowledge & skill in non-profit management with emphasis on proven fund-raising results.
