Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible forseeking out new sales opportunities, growing the pipeline and building relationships from our Miami Lakes office on a daily basis.
Primary responsibilities will include: B2B sales with focus on prospecting, presenting,and selling software products and services to the AEC (Architecture,Engineering and Construction) Industry. You will work with prospective clientsto determine their unique needs, pain points and requirements in order to then presenteffective solutions. This position requires a high-energy/high activity salesperson with a HUNTER mentality.
We are looking for a successful sales professional who has experience finding newaccounts as well as developing and maintaining existing accounts in a B2Bconsultative selling environment. A successful candidate will ultimately moveon to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (new accounts),and identifying areas for providing additional value (existing accounts).
Responsibilities:
-Prospect and hunt to find new business opportunities and grow thesales pipeline
-Identify decision makers and influencersas well as their needs, timeline andbudget
-Grow Design software subscription sales
-Responsible for pipeline management
-Meet or exceed predetermined targets
Minimum Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years professional sales experience
-Successful track record selling B2B and achieving quotas
-Positive, high-energy individual
-Architectural, Engineering or Construction background and/or experience preferred
-Excellent communication skills
-Marketing and/or communicationbackground beneficial
-High School Graduate or higher
-Spanish a plus
