Compliance Officer
Program: HealthPoint Administration - College Station, Texas
Beginning Salary: Based on Experience
Travel Required: 25%
Duties: The Compliance Officer oversees and assures consistency of HealthPoint's work with all laws and regulations through effective functioning of corporate compliance program. Designs, develops, recommends, and measures organizational systems and processes, continuously improves safety, quality, and cost performance through compliance and monitor oversight.
Education & Work Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare; At least 2 years' experience in compliance and performance improvement related activities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities
- Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work partners
- Working knowledge of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
- Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong analytical, solution design, process design, and resource utilization skills
- Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to make presentations
- Strong written and oral communication skills including policy development, documentation and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in quality tools and principles
Preferred: Master's degree in healthcare administration
Certifications/Licenses:
Required: Valid driver's license
