Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities would include greeting walk-in guests and answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, incoming and outgoing mail duties, maintain office supplies and other clerical duties as needed.
Preferred job skills: strong people and communication skills, ability to work independently and efficiently, self-starter, quick learner, strong organizational skills, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
