The Ideal candidate provides pre-hospital care in accordance with established treatment protocols; prepares and maintains ambulances, equipment, and inventory; cooperates and communicates with other volunteer and paid EMS personnel and Emergency Department Staff; prepares and maintains ambulance and department logs, forms, reports, and documentation; maintains consistent, competent behavior in the workplace; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of HCSJAD and performs other duties as requested. Anticipated start date of February 2019.
Henry County South Joint Ambulance District (HCSJAD) is a combination volunteer, part-time and full-time department that provides emergency 911 service to 6 townships and 5 villages in southern Henry County, Ohio. Our annual transport volume is about 400. We cover 209 square miles with a population of about 9,100.
