Provider Communications Specialist
Wipro Infocrossing is seeking candidates for a Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. position in Jefferson City. Responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to telephone and written inquiries from MO HealthNet providers. Must possess the ability to evaluate claims data and utilize MO HealthNet provider manuals to determine eligibility and payment determinations. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication customer service skills. Medical Billing experience required.
Pharmacy Helpdesk Specialist
Full-time position located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile. Candidate must be computer proficient and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service, utilization review, and health-care experience required. Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistants, Certified Medical Technicians, or LPN required.
Exception RN
Full time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with healthcare professionals to review requests for medical services. This position will be responsible for reviewing requests for medical services and supplies. Candidate must be computer proficient and have excel-lent written and verbal communication skills. Position requires a RN, previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare experience preferred.
Pharmacy Helpdesk Team Lead RN
Full time position Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with healthcare professionals to review drug authorization requests. This position will assist with providing education and acts as a team lead to call center staff. Candidate must be computer proficient and have excel-lent written and verbal communication skills. Position requires a RN, previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare experience preferred.
Participant Services Helpdesk Specialist
Full time position located in Jefferson responsible for the day-to-day telephone contact with Missouri Medicaid enrollees and for assisting participants with questions related to their MO HealthNet claims and benefits in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in telephone customer service and issue resolution, as well as two years of experience in one or more of the following: healthcare, public health, managed care, and human services. Spanish language skills very much appreciated.
