Manager Business Development - FT - Administration - INTEGRIS Grove Hospital(Job Number: 714179)Description Manager Business Development - FT - Administration - INTEGRIS Grove Hospital Position Summary:The Manager Business Development responsible for business development, marketing, philanthropy strategy assessment, physician relations and operational leadership.
Essential Functions:The Manager Business Development responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develops and cultivates relationships with targeted referral sources, community leaders/organizations
* Acts as a liaison between the organization, referral sources, and the community of service
* Assists in the achievement of annual fund raising goals by securing planned gifts, corporate and foundation grants, donations through annual campaigns and special events consistent with strategy
* Prepares funding proposals for corporate prospects and grants
* Plans with the facility administration/leadership to prioritize business development initiatives and fund raising targets
* Works with INTEGRIS Corporate Communications to ensure that all collaterals and communications are consistent in their production and placement
* Remains current on area compliance, reimbursement and practice management
* Manages department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
INTEGRIS Cancer Institute of Oklahoma only:
* Researches market data for Integris Cancer Institute of Oklahoma (ICIO) business planning and/or addition and/or relocation of physician practices and other proposals
* Coordinates specific aspects for new physician practice start-up and development
Accountability: The Manager Business Development reports to the INTEGRIS Facility President or Clinical Director.
ICIO: The Manager Business Development reports to the President of the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute of Oklahoma.
