Environment: Industrial/Medical/Office Environments
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday
- 4:00pm-12:30am (Start Time Flexible)
Wage: $18.00 HR to $19.00 HR
Responsibilities:
- Directs and oversees custodial management staff to ensure quality housekeeping of assigned facilities.
- Communicate effectively with customer contacts to provide timely and excellent customer service!
- Involved in interview and hiring decisions of newly onboarded staff.
- Helps to assure all members of their team follow established safety practices (OSHA).
- Performs audits and inspections utilizing electronic data collections.
- Establishes areas of responsibility and follows up to ensure that assignments are completed in accordance with procedures and instructions.
- Review, maintain, and inspect equipment requirements per account.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and supply order costs for assigned facilities.
- Assist Area and Regional Manager in management of established guidelines and contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in Facility Maintenance, Hospitality, Warehouse, or other service-related industries while in a Management/Supervisory Capacity preferred.
- Passion for Customer Satisfaction - positively impact customer and employee relations; big-picture company and customer-oriented thinking.
- Time Management Skills - Results-oriented, balancing a sense of urgency for immediate problems with proactive planning and problem identification
- Leadership Skills - Able to effectively influence internal staff and customers by actively listening and responding to issues
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively influence others through positive, proactive communication style
- Experience with the training and development of employees, maintenance of budgets and labor costs and monitoring financial information desired;
- Working Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Suites, Outlook, Skype, GPS and Mobile Apps and moderate computer skill proficiency
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- EOE Background Check and Drug Testing Required
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid and Clean Driver’s License
- OSHA Certifications a Plus! (Not Required)
- Bilingual Spanish a Plus! (Not Required)
