Director of Undergraduate Admissions
Lourdes University is currently searching for a Director of Undergraduate Admissions. This position oversees the activities of the undergraduate admissions of the University and leads a team of counselors and administrative staff in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Director of Undergraduate Admissions reports to the Vice President of Enrollment and works closely with the Offices of Financial Aid, Marketing & Communication, Athletics, Registrar, Student Life (housing) and Student Success. This position will manage the undergraduate admissions/recruiting process, from lead generation to matriculation, working aggressively toward enrollment goals, executing the tactical plan for enrollment & recruitment, serving on committees and board, and supervising staff.
Master's degree in higher education administration or a related area and three (3) or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions required.
