Assistant Director of Human Resources
The Assistant Director of Human Resources provides leadership and oversight in all aspects of human resources for Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to take the next step in your HR career. This role is pivotal in developing HR initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related area. Also requires three (3) years of Human Resources experience including labor relations, and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
