Community Inclusion and Employment Manager
Community Inclusion and Employment Manager Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities has an excellent opportunity for a Community Inclusion and Employment Manager to perform diversified duties involving community inclusion and employment. This position is also responsible for the day to day operations of the Community Inclusion Department. The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. The successful candidates must possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, plus four (4) years of full-time paid experience community outreach or working with Special Olympics, for individuals with developmental disabilities, including one (1) year of experience in vocational rehabilitation and/or community employment services. Three (3) years of supervisory experience is also required.
