Agricultural Workers. Employer: Market Pride Farms LLC. Job duties: plant and cultivate fava beans, peas and zucchini for production; Perform hand cultivation tasks; lifing requirement 28lbs; required to perform repetitive moment, extensive pushing/pulling/stooping; employer will furnish all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment for the harvesting of crops, at no cost to the workers. Wage: higher of $13.92/hr. Work dates: 01/26/2019-09/13/2019. Work site: Foothill/O’Conner Wy, San Luis Obispo, CA. Employer guarantees employment for total work hours equal to at least 3/4 of total work period. Housing provided at no cost to all workers who cannot reasonably return to permanent residence at end of work day.
