INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIAL MAINTENANCE
Work as part of a team to support operations through responsiveness and effective repairs. Implementing improvements to manufacturing equipment while preventing downtime. You will be under the supervision of a lead electrician. Below is a list of job duties that could be included but not limited to.
· Assure that work practices are within the guidelines set by OSHA standards
· Maintain a safe and clean workspace
· Follow all company rules and policies
· Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
· Able to safely use electrical test equipment on circuits up to 600v.
· Capable of troubleshooting Press and Robotic electrical control systems.
· Performs all electrical maintenance and improvements as required.
· Recommends proposals for improving products, processes, systems, productivity and working environment.
· Responsible for helping to maintain a safe work environment and to always follow plant safety rules.
Aware of all Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
· Interact with production workers to provide support and maintain the production schedule requirements.
· Willing to learn and share knowledge of machinery and robotics to other team members.
· Prioritize daily work orders according to their level of importance.
· Overtime can often be required due to the unexpected electrical issues.
· Willingness to work rotate weekend schedule to support production needs.
Physical Demands
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand long periods of time, frequently required to walk, use hands to hand or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
