The Assistant Director of Financial Aid oversees major functional areas in Financial Aid by planning, leading, organizing, and improving all day-to-day functions and operations of the office in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The Assistant Director of Financial Aid works collaboratively with the Director of Financial Aid developing and implementing policies and procedures reflecting the strategic direction of the office as well as coordinating training with all staff members. The Assistant Director of Financial Aid serves as back-up to the Director of Financial Aid.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred; minimum of two (2) years' experience in financial aid required; experience managing employees preferred.
