Mechanical Design Technology Instructor
Teaching assignments include, but not limited to, teaching Computer Aided Design (CAD) courses. Specific courses include basic CAD classes using AutoCAD, Basic and Advanced SolidWorks design software, CATIA, Geometric Tolerancing, Rapid Prototyping for Design and Capstone Design project course. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Design, Computer Aided Design, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology or Equivalent. CSWA, CSWP in SolidWorks or equivalent certification. Work experience exceeding 4000 hours minimum in the field. Salary: $68,574 – $77,138, 35-hour week, 162-day school year. Competitive total compensation package.
