Client Compliance & Engagement Analyst - Part-Time
This 25 hour per week position will be involved in the review of certain client requirements and coordination of the Firm’s participation in and response to client compliance audits and inquiries relating to risk, practice management, human resources and information security.
Responsibilities include reviewing client assessment inquiries and certain client engagement terms and preparing first draft responses based on prior responses and knowledge of critical Firm processes and policies – as developed over time while working in the position.
Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate, refine and negotiate responses and exceptions with client and attorney contacts.
Qualifications include a BA degree or the equivalent in experience, law firm or related experience, basic knowledge of IT and security measures, excellent organizational ability and well-developed writing ability. Compliance experience a plus.
The schedule is flexible, subject to specific projects or deadlines. After training, telecommuting is an option.
