Director of Business Development and Marketing
Nilogen Oncosystems is currently seeking an experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our team. This is a challenging but also highly rewarding role for an individual who has the ability to quickly build new client relationships and expand on our existing broad client network. This leader will be a key voice in a rapidly growing biotechnology CRO that is providing cutting-edge innovative solutions in immuno-oncology drug development and personalized cancer care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overall development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy, plans and programs.
- Develop brand strategies, digital platforms, advertising, public relations, CRM, marketing analytics, business development and communications.
- Identify market segment opportunities.
- Develop long-range business goals and tactical achievement plans.
- Build, lead, and mentor the Marketing Team.
- Work closely with Nilogen's management and scientific teams to provide marketing and business development solutions and measure effectiveness.

Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical and/or Life Sciences is required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a business development role or equivalent, preferably with a full-service CRO.
- Proven, documented sales track record and relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital initiatives, web and SEO as well as drip marketing campaigns.
- A strategic and proactive thinker with strong creative vision.
- Must have analytical, planning and decision-making skills; demonstrated ability to use marketing data for business decisions.
- Must have strategic agility and organizational ability to bring programs to life through creative talent.
- Successful track record for building effective teams.
- Dynamic personality with excellent presentation skills.
- Thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Represents Nilogen Oncosystems at key trade shows.
- Travel is required (25%-40%), primary travel will be within the US.
Location:
Flexible with willingness and ability to frequently travel to our headquarter in Tampa, Florida.
