OIC of Washington, a private non-profit Community Action Agency, is celebrating 50 years of serving communities across Washington State. Currently, OIC is recruiting for several positions to assist in strengthening our programs and services. The Senior Director- Chief of Programs is responsible for overseeing and assisting all OIC service programs in effective program planning, development, management, and provision of quality services. This position is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in implementing special studies, resolutions, ordinances, reports and or multiple county programs in the State of Washington and much more. Requirements include, but are not limited to having a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field or 10 years of experience as a senior administrator in the non-profit sector an MBA is preferred. The Senior Director – Chief of Building and Technologies Services is responsible for overseeing, developing, integrating, and assisting OIC facilities, maintenance, and information systems functions. Requirements for this position include but are not limited to having a BA Degree in Information Systems Science, Facilities Management, Project Management or related field OR Combination of education, training, or work experience to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities for responsibilities in information systems management. The Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO position requires a person to exercise of independent judgment, have technical knowledge of the specific area of an assignment and an overall understanding of key agency activities. This person must be highly organized, able to communicate professionally at all levels. Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience matched on a year for year basis is highly desired and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative position supporting senior management.
