Customer Interface/Project Coordinator
Customer Interface/Project Coordinator - Looking for an articulate, detail-oriented individual with an interest in art. You will be our first point of contact with our clients and vendors, following up with questions and performing project coordination throughout the project. Creation of estimates, requests for 3rd party quotes and then final invoicing are all a part of each project.
Qualifications needed for this position are the ability to handle all incoming calls, receipt of project details through good oral and written communication, being detail orientated, good typing skills, be able to see the big picture on each project and have excellent computer skills in all MS Office programs along with QuickBooks. Other duties include ordering office supplies, opening mail, running for mail and making deposits to our bank and assisting the crew with paperwork at the time of receives and/or releases at our warehouse. Having great customer service skills, communication discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times is required.
Time is spent in our company warehouse office. Your willingness to learn and follow company protocol will be key to long-term employment at our company. Work is full time, hourly, with the potential for a pay increase after 90 days based upon your motivation and skill level.
