Corporate Marketing Coordinator
Overview
Pulse Secure is looking for qualified candidates to fill a new Corporate Marketing Coordinator position based out of our San Jose headquarters. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to events, social media and creative services. A successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in marketing and be excited to become an integral part of a fast-paced, growth oriented marketing organization.
This role will report into with Director of Corporate Marketing, and work closely with our events and creative services managers, to help execute a wide range of projects, including: handling event logistics, building out social media communications in our online platform, helping with collateral layout using Adobe InDesign, and making website edits on a daily basis. The candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the larger events team, handle logistics for trade shows, workshops and internal events, including: shipping arrangements, venue searches, coordinating the invitation process, preparing hand-outs, and managing on-site event services.
- Work with the Creative Services Manager to layout collateral using Adobe InDesign, and assist with daily website updates on our corporate Wordpress site.
- Collaborating with our social media manager, write a variety of social media posts using our online platform.
- Assist with the development of monthly & quarterly MarCom performance stats.
- Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
Qualifications:
- Be a high energy “doer”.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced listening and interpretation skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign.
- Be detail-oriented, and able to follow and lead projects.
- Work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years experience working in a marketing department, preferably at a high-tech or start-up organization (this could include work as an intern).
