Director, Community Resource Network for Quality Health Network (QHN)
We're searching for a knowledgeable professional with experience in at least one of the three domains (healthcare, behavioral health, or social service) who has strong communication skills, proven leadership qualities, and who is a systems thinker and team builder extraordinaire. This leader should understand how to build strong relationships and thrive in a fast- paced, high-stress entrepreneurial environment. Candidate should have a strong track record of success and a passion to improve the health of people in western Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Member of the QHN Executive Leadership Team.
- Responsible for the overall management of the CRN.
- Create strong working relationships with CRN development and support staff.
- Maintain & create strong working relationships with community, state, & other partners.
- Create and execute sustainable funding models required for CRN's ambitious growth.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders, partners and investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment both inside and outside the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, will consider relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven local area relationships desirable.
- Strong project management and business development skills.
- Proficient knowledge of most common computer software programs.
- Attention to detail and a high tolerance for successfully operating in an environment of high ambiguity.
This executive QHN position is based in Grand Junction, CO with some travel required. QHN offers a robust benefits package.
