Part-Time Police Officer
Sandy Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania will be accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Police Officer until July 1, 2022.
The Sandy Township Police is progressive 21st Century law enforcement agency accredited by the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Associations Law Enforcement Accreditation Program.
Compensation and Benefits Highlights:

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements:
•Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.? Possess a High School Diploma or GED.? Have successfully completed a MPOETC Certified Police Academy and possess current Act 120 certification or be eligible to receive certification.? Be a United States Citizen.? Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.? Must be physically and mentally fit to perform all the duties of a Police Officer.? Be able to perform the essential job functions outlined in the Police Officer Job Description. Additional requirements will include, but are not limited to: • Oral Examination(s)• Extensive Background Investigation• Medical Exam and Drug Screening• Psychological Testing
