Community Development Clerk
The City of Bloomingdale is seeking applications for a Community Development Clerk.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordination and oversight of all administrative and customer service functions of the Community Development Department.
- Meeting with developers, contractors, engineers, and other interested parties to provide customer service for all Community Development activities.
- Process all permitting activities.
- Coordinates all activities for all inspections with the Building Inspector.
- Coordinates all meeting materials for the Planning Commission and attends all meetings.
- All other duties as assigned by the City Administrator.
This position is open until filled and the review of applications will begin immediately.
Starting salary will be $31,302 with excellent benefits.
