The Blade, the Pulitzer-prize winning newspaper serving northwestern Ohio and southeastern Michigan, has an immediate opening for a full-time Data Analytics and Digital Coordinator in its Marketing Department.
Position responsibilities include working closely with Advertising and Circulation departments to place digital advertising campaigns, monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed. Developing strategies on best tactics to achieve campaign objectives. Placing ads on both toledoblade.com and external networks. Utilizing Google AdManager, Google Analytics, and AdWords and other social media avenues to achieve desired results.
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience using SEO, Google AdWords, and other social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. Preference will be given to those who are certified in Google Analytics. Four-year college degree with marketing, sales or business emphasis, or equivalent comparable experience is required. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
