Job Summary:
Work closely with students on academic accommodations and employees on compliance regulations. Develop and maintain computerized record systems to collect relevant data and information for Civil Rights and Title IX reports. Conduct research and organize departmental projects. Handle highly confidential information with a high level of integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Relations, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Management, or related field.
- One year of related work experience.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others during sensitive situations in a confidential environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information and must have a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of current Civil Rights laws, regulations, and guidelines related to Higher Education.
Starting Salary Range: $18.03 - $20.56

Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
