Lima- UMADAOP, Inc., is seeking License Independent Social Worker - LISW to join our Counseling team.

Responsibilities:

* Provides therapeutic chemical dependency counseling and/or mental health counseling to clients and family as per Meridian's policies and procedures both in the agency setting and off-site as assigned.

* Interviews clients, coordinates assessments, and prepares a narrative summary including problem areas, client strengths, treatment recommendations and diagnosis.

* Provides client access to individualized treatment to ensure client rights are upheld, to facilitate client's active participation in treatment planning whenever possible, and to inform clients of alternative treatment services and procedures that are available.

* Develops treatment plans and reviews, prepares discharge summary and aftercare plan as per agency procedure.

* Makes referrals and provides necessary case management consultation, correspondence and advocacy to optimize client's accessibility to needed services that are not provided by Meridian.

* Facilitates/co-facilitates therapy groups as assigned.

* Coordinates services with community providers.

* Completes appropriate documentation for patient record.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Master's degree preferred.

* LISW/CDCA certification (minimum) required.

 

LPN’S

Looking for highly motivated LPN’s to work contingency in a Residential Drug and Alcohol facility.  Substance Abuse and Mental Health bases experience recommended, but not necessary for interviews.  Night and day shift availability.  Contingent workers required to work 3 days a month.  Starting pay $21.00 an hour.  Overtime starts after 40 hours.  Start pay $22.00 when hire full-time with benefits package after being full-time 90 days.  CPR certification required.

LABORATORY DIRECTOR

Looking for a motivated, licensed MD, DO, or DPM with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s in laboratory science to work with a Drug, Alcohol, Substance Abuse and Mental Health agency.  Must have the ability to exhibit skills in laboratory technology, including basic understanding of specific theories, principles, instrumentation and accepted practices.  Must demonstrate a proficiency in operating all instruments in the lab area and phlebotomy techniques.

LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST

Looking for a motivated technologist, with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s in laboratory science to work with a Drug, Alcohol, Substance Abuse and Mental Health agency.  Must have the ability to exhibit skills in laboratory technology, including basic understanding of specific theories, principles, instrumentation and accepted practices.  Must demonstrate a proficiency in operating all instruments in the lab area and phlebotomy techniques.  Will perform specific responsibilities assigned by the Lab Director and/or Supervisor.
