Event Operations Coordinator
The University of Toledo Foundation is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator. This position provides administrative support to the Office of Special Events to plan and execute high profile events including receptions and dinners for the President, campaign celebrations, donor events, special meetings, groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies, pre-game receptions and special community-wide events. Must have bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' events related experience, exemplary organizational, customer service and technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment including occasional evenings, weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs required.
