The Integrated Service Center (ISC) supports the University’s faculty, staff and student workers by serving as a first point of contact for designated HR and Payroll inquiries and by processing a limited scope of centralized Human Capital Management (HCM) transactions (i.e., within the HR, Benefits and Payroll domains). The hallmarks of the ISC are delivering services that are timely, accurate, and highly attuned to the fast-paced university environment.
The ISC has an outstanding full time opportunity for a Workday / HRIS Training Specialist.
Reporting to the ISC Training Manager, the Workday/HRIS Training Specialist will support the Report Adoption Strategy initiative, which will include participating in report specific focus groups to gather feedback and requirements, report testing, documenting use case scenarios, and campus outreach. Other duties will include development and execution of ISC training activities, including training internal team members and external Workday users/stakeholders.
In order to be successful, the incumbent will need to exhibit excellent skills in delivering training content, both in-person and remotely. Additionally, the role will require keen technical and analytical acumen, strong organizational and collaborative skills, and experience working with Workday’s HCM module.
