Associate Dean of Students
The Associate Dean of Students is responsible for providing exemplary leadership and oversight to student issues that are primarily related to student advocacy and intervention. The Associate Dean of Students serves as chair of the Behavior Intervention Team and the Chancellor’s Coalition on Sexual Violence. The Associate Dean of Students is trained as a Title IX co-investigator, a Title IX Deputy, and a university conduct hearing officer.
Minimum / Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or another related field.
- Seven years of relevant higher education related experience.
- Experience managing student crisis situations.
