Present demand for our product as well as future needs with new product development, has created the need for qualified Fiberglass Technicians.
We are hiring in both our Mullica and New Gretna facilities.
Fiberglass Laminator
- Performs basic lamination of fiberglass on molds to form boat decks, hulls, fiberglass bodies, hardtops, and parts for assembly. May remove fiberglass boat parts from molds. May grind, repair, and clean molded fiberglass parts preparatory to assembly into boats. Work is completed under close supervision of leadman or supervisor.
Fiberglass Mold Maker
Fiberglass Patcher – Gelcoater
- Performs complex repairs and re-gelcoats defects in fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and cabins and small parts, using hand tools and power tools for final finish appearance. Able to consistently beat schedule and budget with no rework.
Finish Patcher
- Learns to repair and repaint defects in fiberglass boat hulls, decks, cabins, and small parts, using handtools and power tools for final finish. Work is performed under close supervision.
