Associates degree or secretarial science degree in related field; minimum of one to two years related experience required; marketing, advertising, or public relations experience preferred. Knowledge of broker/dealer products/services. Experience with Microsoft software, Salesforce, Egnyte, Docupace, broker/dealer and TD Ameritrade websites preferred. Provides exceptional client customer service, maintains client files and databases, tracks email marketing campaigns, maintains department social media pages, and prepares client correspondence and reports. BS/BA degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2 years related experience preferred. Processes transactions; provides personalized banking services; evaluates customer needs to match with and suggest products/services. Requires excellent interpersonal relations/communicative and sales skills; proficient reading, writing, grammar, accounting, analytical, mathematics, and computer skills; effective organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
