Woods Rogers PLC is seeking a Virginia licensed attorney with experience in medical malpractice defense to join our Richmond office's trial team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years medical malpractice defense experience or personal injury defense experience. Candidate must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong legal research and writing skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask while handling a large volume of cases filed throughout the state, draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, work with expert witnesses, and participate in all aspects of trial.
